Shipping Policy
Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email of your order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, but please do allow 7-10 days for all deliveries to arrive and up to 14 days for international consignments outside of the UK. All shipments are sent through a reputable courier firm and tracked for peace of mind. Our shipping rates are as follows:

Return & Exchange Policy
If you are dissatisfied with a product, you can return the item(s) for a full refund or replacement. Please note that refunds / replacements are subject to us being notified within 14 days that are you unhappy with your purchase and the items being returned within 14 days of your notification. Returned goods must be sent back in exactly the same condition and we reserve the right to reject faulty, used or damaged items for refund or exchange.

You are responsible for the cost of returning any items to us, and we are unable to offer refunds on initial order shipping costs. These will be deducted from your refund or account credit.
If we are unable to fulfil your order for any particular reason, you will be notified and fully refunded immediately.
